Meet the Grange House Eastbourne care home team

Registered Manager: Nathan Matthews

I have worked across a number of health care settings over the last 16 years, working in residential and nursing homes and supporting people still in their own homes, working with a range of different conditions and disabilities including the elderly, autism, challenging behaviour, physical disabilties, learning disabilities and registered blind people

I was given the opportunity to manage Grange House and jumped at this opportunity, knowing that this is the career path that i have always aspired to. I strongly believe in a person-centred care approach, the promotion of independence and individuality and positive risk-taking. It is of upmost importance to me to create a home from home atmosphere, where each of our residents feel comfortable, valued and safe and we tailor our home to meet their individual needs and preferences. Working alongside my caring and dynamic staff members and residents, to ensure we are one team, striving to provide the highest standard of care. We endeavour to maximise each individuals potential, ensuring that we continue to promote relationships with families and friends, and maintaining external hobbies and interests.

We will continue to adapt and evolve with all those that come to Grange House, and are always open to suggestions and new ideas to make our home the most innovative and maximising the potential of care that we can offer.

Deputy Manager: Kirsty Lowe

I have had the privilege of being employed at Grange House for the last 5 years.

I started in care at aged 18 years old, and have progressed throughout a number of different care settings. This above all else, is my absolute favourite place to work, I love my job and always to do my upmost for each and every one of our residents. Each individual is the absolute focus, working with our staff team to make sure that there are guided and dedicated to a person-centred care approach.

We offer a home, comfortable and secure, ensuring that every person matters on an individual basis. We pride ourselves on building a good strong rapport with all our residents, families, friends and other Health Care Professionals. I look forward to continuing to grow and change whilst upholding the high standard that Grange House currently offers.
